The leaders of the cooperation are mainly the experts who come from the Chinese Academy of Science(CAS) or who have devoted themselves in the research and production of vapour deposition materials. The cooperation positions itself as an enterprise specialized in “production of precision optical coating materials”
With some years of hard work, our company has developed and put into production SiO2, MgF2, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, TiO2, ZrO2 and other vapour deposition materials for sputtering target with high purity, high density and suitable for precision optical applications. The products have been used as the vapour deposition materials in large volume in digital camera, projecting TV, optic fibre communication, digital display, and the total market share grows as high as 50% per year. Our annual output is more than 30%, with 80% of the products exported to Japan, Taiwan, Europe and USA. And our sales grows each year.
We combine the world advanced production technology, strict production regulations, excellent production facilities and advance production process together to build up a reliable production base.
In order to ensure purity of products, we have purchased advanced automatic pure water treatment station with reverse osmosis + ion exchange, which is so precised that the purity degree of water produced by it ≥ 15 MΩ·cm and micro particle content < 0.2 μm. And ultra-sonic washing is used together with it. Those devices help to remove thoroughly the organic and inorganic impurities attached on the surface of the products, and thus guarantee the materials’ optical properties during vapour deposition, improve the cohesive force and get rid of splashes to the maximum extend, so the products are then suitable for precised optics.
In the firing workshop, the whole firing process is controled by imported programmable logic controller (PLC), and all the action are protected by interlocks. Imported thermal controllers are used to control the temperature, and thus realize automatic control over temperature-rising, -holding and –reducing. Process curve storage unit are employed as well, which may store several different process curves and monitors the firing process in all aspects. Thus a stable firing under high vacuum degree is obtained, and the residual air, vapor and other volatile impurities are eliminated. Therefore, the products reach high density, high purity and with little air absorbed, and they offer stable refractive index and high reproducible ability, good mechanic strength and optical performance. And the scattering phenomenon caused by particle splashing during plating due to bad quality of plating material.

Discussing new projects
In order to guarantee the quality of good purchased and the materials will not deteriorate during storage, we continuously monitor the conditions vacuum packages of goods as well as keep the materials in warehouses with appropriate temperature and low humidity.Moreover, the products need to go through strict quality control from raw materials to finished products. In every production step, the QC personnel need to take samples and analyze them as per specific standard, so as to ensure that no change has taken place in the product. It is able to trace every product up to its raw materials, production control personnel and all the other elements in the production. We launch into the market after plating machine testing ensure that no problem in our product.
The company has established a complete information network for product quality management and organization. Through scientific set-up of quality information management structure, the network is used for quality supervision during production process, quality information processing and quality improvement. As for product quality improvement, relevant technical and administrative personnel of Technical & Production Dept., Design Dept., Process Dept., Quality Control Dept. and Purchase Dept. shall, based on customers’ feedbacks, carry out analysis and analytical tests, work out improvement plan and implement it, so as to satisfy the customers.
